1. Introduction and Applicability

By accessing aqq99.cam ("aqq99", "Platform", "we", "us") or using any of its services, you are automatically considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions ("Terms").

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use any aqq99 services. These terms have been drawn up in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive version.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.3 VIP Program

The aqq99 VIP program has three tiers. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play and active participation on the platform:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

VIP benefits are subject to periodic review and aqq99 reserves the right to change VIP terms at any time.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets will only be considered valid once confirmed by aqq99's servers. A bet left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection may be voided. aqq99 reserves the right to cancel bets in cases of clear error (abnormal odds, typographical errors).

6.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, results will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. Casino and slot game results are determined through an RNG (Random Number Generator) system and are verified by a third party.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

aqq99 reserves the right to cancel bets and refund stakes in the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or suspended
• If incorrect odds are displayed
• If a result cannot be determined due to a technical issue
• If evidence of fraud or match fixing is found

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on aqq99:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property
